Packed Lunch
Posted by: Nik in Weblog, tags: Babybel, banana, doughnuts, flapjack, healthy eating, lunch, rice puddingOn the early shift which I have the next few days there is nowhere whatsoever open to get anything to eat, apart from a vending machine. And I need to cut down on snacking for meals.
So I need to get into the habit of taking a proper packed lunch with me. I’ve even bought a proper lunch cool bag to encourage it. Tonight I shall be taking:
- Two malted wholemeal batches (that’s ‘rolls’ for all you lot what don’t speak proper like what we do) with Bertolli on it (nice and healthy see!), pork and stuffing slices, lettuc, carrot and red pepper,
- 2 doughnuts, ring with strawberry flavour coating,
- 2 mini Babybels,
- 1 banana (very good food),
- 1 pack of Seabrook crisps (sunflower oil, sea salt, gluten/GM/MSG free, healthy!),
- 1 twin Bounty bar,
- 1 chocolate coated HobNob flapjack,
- 1 Ambrosia rice pudding with strawberry sauce.
Is that healthy enough? I know it’ll taste good, much better than the tat I’d mostly eat otherwise.
